Darwin for running clubs
System for running clubs to track athletes online
A growing running club swaps spreadsheet for spreadsheet until nobody knows who trained what anymore. Darwin puts the entire roster in one dashboard, with each athlete's weekly load and what they actually completed.
Under active development. Features are still in development. Professional accounts are not open yet; join the preview list and the team will share availability when it is ready.
The problem
Where remote coaching usually breaks
- 01
The coach's spreadsheet does not talk to the athlete's app, and nobody knows the real weekly load.
- 02
The athlete disappears for three weeks and the club finds out when they ask to cancel.
- 03
Each coach keeps their own athlete's history, so changing the technical director means starting from scratch.
In practice
Your entire running club in one dashboard, with each athlete's real training load.
Owner dashboard: overview, consolidated roster and athlete invites by link.
Coach and member management, with a technical director hierarchy.
Prescriptions by modality (running, strength, triathlon, nutrition) in the same engine as the app.
Training and nutrition templates to apply to one athlete or the whole group.
Retention and churn dashboard: see who is at risk before you lose the athlete.
Batch notes and per-contract chat to guide everyone without leaving the flow.
How it works in practice
From the first connection to ongoing coaching
- 01
You create the club workspace and invite coaches by link.
- 02
Each athlete joins through the invite and completes the intake assessment inside the app.
- 03
The prescription comes from the same engine the athlete uses, and completed training flows back to the dashboard on its own.
Product limits
When Darwin is not the right choice
If your running club needs financial control, invoice issuing and recurring billing, Darwin does not do that today. It handles prescription and follow-up; financial management stays in your current system.
Direct answers
Running clubs: frequently asked questions
Equipe e acompanhamento
What system does a running club use to track athletes remotely?
What a running club needs is three things in one place: prescribe by modality, get back what the athlete completed, and see the weekly load for the entire roster. In Darwin that lives in a single dashboard, with prescriptions coming from the same engine that runs in the athlete's app, no parallel spreadsheet.
Can several coaches work in the same running club?
Yes. The workspace has a technical director hierarchy: the owner sees the consolidated roster and each coach sees the athletes under their responsibility. Switching an athlete's coach does not erase the history, which stays with the athlete and the club.
Retenção e acesso
How does the club find out an athlete is about to cancel?
Through the retention dashboard. It crosses plan adherence with completed load to flag who is declining, before the cancellation request. It is not magic prediction: it is execution data the club usually only sees after losing the athlete.
How much does it cost for the club?
Professional accounts are not open yet. Join the preview interest list; the team will share availability and terms when they are ready.
