Features

Training, nutrition and progress in the same app.

Create and follow your training plan, log meals and see your data in one place. Explore the tools available in the app.

Training based on physiology

Workout planning, carbohydrate goals, effort zones and the strength estimate use defined rules. The app also uses AI for recipes, conversations, photo analysis and reading imported plans; it does not invent your workout.

Follow-up with professionals

The individualized meal plan is the dietitian's attribution, under Brazilian law 8.234/91. Darwin helps track information and suggestions; prescription belongs to the professional.

The screens are real captures of the app taken in September 2026 and document the product as of that date.

Training

Your training, your way

Build workouts for different sports and choose how much of the plan you want to adjust.

  • Three ways to build the plan: Simple (1 click), Detailed or Manual.
  • Log sets, load, perceived exertion (RPE), supersets and records.
  • Track a strength estimate (E1RM) without testing your maximum load.
  • Import your coach's plan by photo or PDF and the app works from it.

On intense training days, calorie and nutrient goals consider the logged load. Darwin helps you track; individualized prescription belongs to the dietitian.

  • Pre- and post-workout nutrition goals consider the logged effort.
  • Food database from Brazil (TACO).
  • Log by text, photo or voice; image analysis estimates the plate.
  • Pantry, recipes and shopping list starting from what you have at home.

Coach in the chat

An answer that considers your training

The Coach reads the session you just did and answers on top of it: what it was for, and what to do now. It is not a generic chat that asks everything again.

  • The answer cites the real session: sport, focus and the goal you declared.
  • The question is routed to the coach of the most related sport.
  • Meal and hydration guidance tied to the session load.
  • The screenshot above is a real conversation from the app, not a mockup.
