About how it works

Creating and reviewing the plan

What are the plan generation modes?

Three: Simple (1 click), Detailed (you refine and the AI calibrates) and Manual (full control). They apply to training and to nutrition.

Do I need to know how to build a workout?

No. In Simple mode Darwin assembles everything in one click (the AI refines on top). If you want control, the Detailed and Manual modes are right there.

Does the plan change on its own?

The plan is not rebuilt after every log. You can follow the sessions and use the history to review the next cycle. Automatic adaptation to accumulated fatigue is still in development.
