How to use
Which calculator should you use?
Want to understand a weight range? Start with BMI, keeping in mind it is a screening tool and does not separate muscle from fat. To organize your eating, use macros as a starting point, not as a clinical prescription.
For running, the pace calculator turns distance and time into pace, splits and an indicative prediction. For swim, bike and run together, the triathlon simulator shows how much each segment weighs on the final time.
From the number to the decision
The result becomes more useful when you compare it with a concrete goal: a race, a workout, a body composition change or an eating routine. Darwin uses this context to help build training and nutrition, but the calculator alone does not replace professional assessment.
