Brazil road race calendar 2026-2027: dates and cities

How to use the calendar to choose your next race

Start with a location you can reach and a distance that fits your planning. Then open the official event page: a calendar listing is a starting point, not proof of registration, availability or an unchanged date.

Explore the complete race calendar and use this guide to compare travel arrangements and prepare questions before registering. Your sporting decision should consider your history and the guidance of whoever supports your training; a calendar date does not determine how much you should train.

What to check before paying for registration

1. Event identity: confirm the city, year, distance and organizer. Search results may lead to a previous edition.
2. Participation: read the categories, registration conditions, required documents and amendment rules. Do not assume every distance has identical conditions.
3. Race pack and start: check collection times, location and access to the start area. Plan your arrival around these steps, not only the start time.
4. Course and support: consult the map, cut-off and published support information. Equal distances do not imply equal courses or logistics.
5. Changes and support: find the cancellation, transfer or rescheduling policy and the organizer's contact channel. Keep your registration confirmation and the rules you consulted.

CBAt describes its Standard 7 as covering recognition and approval of road races, including course, registration, safety and organization matters. Consult the official event information and relevant registration rather than treating a calendar listing as automatic approval.

Compare more than the race date

Compare distance, travel, accommodation nights, race-pack collection and personal commitments. Add the prices actually published for your case instead of treating somebody else's trip budget as your own.

Consider your companions and return journey too. A local event may need less organization than a destination race even when entry prices are similar. This comparison helps with planning, not with assessing readiness for a distance.

Provisional dates and previous editions

A provisional date is a planning assumption. An organizer's announced date remains subject to later notices. An event that has already happened is historical, even when it appears in a search for the current year. Do not turn a usual month into a guaranteed date for 2027.

Check the organizer again before booking transport or lodging, and review the latest notice during race week. Confirmed registration and an unchanged event are separate checks.
