It knows you. Before answering, the coach builds a context with your name, history, active plan and relevant clinical data declared during onboarding (pregnancy, postpartum, cardiovascular or autoimmune condition, food restriction). It is not the same answer for just anyone.

Generic training and nutrition assistants give the same guidance to anyone who asks the same question. Darwin ties the answer to your history and your anamnesis data. For that, the coach needs you to complete onboarding.
Direct answers
The coach considers the name, history and active plan you provided in the app to answer about your routine, instead of giving the same answer to everyone.
Yes. The coach can consider health information you declared in the profile, such as pregnancy, postpartum or a cardiovascular condition, when answering.
The coach can also take into account the food restrictions you informed in the app.
